SAFETY OPERATION ZONE
With Solan's SOZ-3, forklift accidents can be prevented through sound alerts and the use of LED lights.
To ensure a safe zone, the SOZ-3 projects a light indicating the danger area around the forklift, sensitive to objects and people.
With the SOZ-3 system, forklift drivers in logistic centers can easily avoid accidents with objects and people, especially when driving in reverse or in conditions of low visibility.
How Does It Work?
An LED light mounted on the forklift indicates a danger area of about 3 meters around the vehicle. If the light comes into contact with any object or person, a sound alert between 50 to 80 dB is activated, notifying of a possible accident.
The SOZ-3 System includes advanced radar capable of detecting objects or people within 3 meters of the system. When the forklift moves in the warehouse and something obstructs the travel line (speeds of 25 km/h or more), the SOZ-3 system is activated.
The alert system uses a horn located outside the system but protected by a metal cover.
